technology
LASER HAIR REMOVAL is the only permanent hair removal method, which abolishes the traditional techniques.
It is suitable for women and men in any body area, removing safely unwanted hair without damaging the pores and skin structure. It is a permanent method, 96% of hair is destroyed, however, it requires special training and a doctor’s license to perform.
A specific wavelength of the light beam causes the absorption of energy from the melanin of the hair, destroying the hair follicle.
By this procedure the root of the hair is destroyed while we have formation of new hair, leaving unaffected the melanin.
We use only state of the art Candela laser technology, known as GentleLase and GentleYag. Unlike other treatments, the GentleLase and GentleYag process is easy- requiring no creams or gels and no pre-treatment waxing. With its large spot size and fast repetition rate, these pioneering lasers have the capabilities to provide faster and more effective treatments than any other laser devices currently available. This cutting edge laser technology enables us to provide a first class service at affordable prices.
The GentleLASE 755 nm Alexandrite Laser is a premier hair removal laser, providing quick (75% faster than conventional lasers), comfortable and effective treatment. GentleLASE Alexandrite is also very versatile with the capability of treating pigmented lesions
The 1064 nm Nd:YAG is the safest wavelength for permanent hair reduction on all darker skin types and tanned skin.

Frequently Asked Questions
Laser hair removal takes approximately 8 treatments depending on the hair type. This may also vary depending on gender, size and amount of hair.
The hair growth cycle has three phases, the anagen which is substantially the growth phase, the catagen and telogen in which the hair falls. The treatments are effective when the hair is in the growth phase (anagen phase). The sessions are repeated every 45 -50 days, in order to make the hair stay in the anagen phase and for the hair removal to be effective.
There can be some mild discomfort during laser hair removal treatment but it is often described as having an elastic band pinged against the skin. The heat only hits the hair not the entire skin like waxing does, so most clients find laser a lot less painful and faster per session than waxing! As we destroy more hair it will become less painful.
Most clients will get up to 80 % hair reduction with the recommended course and top up treatments as long as the interval is maintained.
Yes of course on the body! On the face we request you leave the area between sessions so we can closely monitor the progress for you and use the best settings as the hair can get very light and thin quickly. The body is fine to shave if you see any growth.
